• Quotes are non-binding until accepted in writing.

• Changes after acceptance may affect cost and lead time.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices and payment terms are defined in the quote and order confirmation. Late payments may suspend work or delivery.

5. Lead times & delivery

Lead times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

6. Warranties & limitations

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the specific trusses. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Intellectual property

Website content is owned by US National Truss. You retain ownership of submitted plans while granting us a license to perform services.

8. Confidentiality

Customer plans and project details are treated as confidential unless disclosure is legally required.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

10. Modifications

Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
